Arts Education and Cultural Enrichment Fund
How the Fund Works:
-
Fund Raising: Proceeds from the CTQ Quilt Fest Silent Auction are set aside each year to spend on a broad based community event that increases access to arts and cultural programming in the Clifton-Fine area.
-
Event Planning Cycle: Our planning cycle operates one year behind our fund raising cycle. Once we raise the funds in the fall of the year, we know how much we have to spend on a community enrichment event the following calendar year. If we work with the school, this "calendar year" may get adjusted to the next "school year" so we can coordinate with preexisting school curricula.
-
Event Planing: SOS/Adirondack Exhibit Center organizes and provides on-the-ground management of the event.
